FezuInteractive Inc is the U.S. corporate operator within the Fezu group, organized as a Wyoming C-Corporation and responsible for running secure, compliant, and responsible virtual goods platforms built by our in-house studio. We combine engineering discipline with clear governance so that banks, payment providers, and partners can work with us confidently.
FezuInteractive Inc is a Wyoming C-Corporation formed to provide a clear, transparent corporate presence in the United States. The company focuses on platform operations, integrations, monitoring, and compliance for entertainment-only digital experiences.
We work closely with our affiliated companies in Colombia, which develop and own the underlying technology and intellectual property. This structure allows us to align engineering, product, and compliance while keeping responsibilities clearly defined.
We believe digital entertainment should be built on three pillars: technical reliability, responsible design, and transparent communication with counterparties. Our approach is to invest early in infrastructure, monitoring, and auditability so that growth never comes at the expense of control.
For partners, that means predictable operations, clear documentation, and an open line of communication about how our systems work and how we manage risk.
FezuInteractive sits within a small, focused group of entities that separate holding, studio, and operating roles. This separation is by design and helps keep intellectual property, corporate ownership, and day-to-day operations clearly organized.

Founder & Operator, FezuInteractive Inc
Felipe is a hands-on software engineer and operator with more than 20 years of experience designing and building online platforms. He leads FezuInteractive’s architecture, security, and governance, working closely with the FezuOne studio to keep technology and compliance aligned from day one.
Outside of work, he’s a long-time tech enthusiast and parent, which informs a practical, long-term view on product decisions and risk.
FezuInteractive is led by operators who are directly involved in the codebase, infrastructure, and day-to-day decision-making. This reduces communication gaps and makes it easier to implement and enforce technical and policy controls consistently.
Instead of delegating critical risk decisions to third parties, we design and maintain internal processes that can be reviewed and tested by partners and advisors when needed.
Governance for FezuInteractive rests on documented procedures, access controls, and clear separation between responsibilities. Production changes are traceable, environments are isolated, and operational metrics are monitored so that we can answer detailed questions from banks and payment providers.
Where appropriate, we partner with external counsel and specialists to validate our approach and keep internal policies aligned with current expectations.

Role: Platform operations & integrations for
entertainment-only virtual goods experiences

FezuInteractive does not operate real-money gambling or money transmission activities. Our role is limited to platforms that use non-redeemable, entertainment-only virtual currencies, with clear separation from any systems involving deposits, cash-out, or financial products.
Where jurisdictional restrictions apply to virtual goods or gaming, we work with counsel and partners to implement appropriate blocking and eligibility rules.
Our operations are built around predictable processes, technical observability, and clear communication with counterparties. The goal is to make it straightforward for partners to understand how our systems behave and how risk is managed.
We invest early in deployment pipelines, monitoring, and error reporting so that platform health can be tracked in real time. Logs and metrics are retained to allow incident reconstruction and post-incident reviews where required.
Product decisions are evaluated not only for user experience but also for clarity of messaging, age-appropriate access, and separation from regulated financial activities. This responsible design approach is applied from the earliest design stages.
For banks, payment processors, and other partners, we provide clear written explanations of our model, data flows, and virtual currency usage. When necessary, we can share additional technical diagrams or policy documents under appropriate confidentiality.
