Integrations & Partner Systems

FezuInteractive Inc, a Wyoming C-Corporation, operates entertainment-only virtual goods platforms that connect to a small set of carefully selected third-party services. This page provides a high-level overview of how we think about integrations with payment providers, risk tooling, infrastructure vendors, and other partners.

Our goal is to make it straightforward for banks, payment processors, and counterparties to understand where third parties are involved, what data they receive, and how integrations are governed.

Principles for integrations

We favor integrations that are predictable, well-documented, and limited in scope. Data shared with third parties is restricted to what they need to perform clearly defined functions, and is governed by contractual and technical controls.

Entertainment-only context

All integrations operated by FezuInteractive Inc are designed for entertainment-only virtual goods platforms. We do not operate real-money gambling, money transmission, or payout services, and our integration choices reflect that limited scope.

Payment provider integrations

Where virtual coins can be purchased for entertainment use, payments are processed by established third-party providers. These providers handle card or alternative payment methods, while FezuInteractive Inc focuses on virtual goods delivery and account logic.

Scope of payment integrations

Payment providers are used solely to process purchases of entertainment-only virtual coins or access to digital content. These transactions are treated as payment for digital goods, not deposits into a financial account.

We do not use payment providers to facilitate withdrawals, payouts, or peer-to-peer transfers.

Data shared with payment providers

Information sent to payment providers is limited to what is necessary to process a transaction and meet fraud and compliance obligations. This may include:

  • Payment amount and currency
  • Basic customer identifiers (e.g., email)
  • Limited device or IP information for fraud checks

Sensitive payment data (such as card numbers) is handled directly by the provider and not stored on our systems.

Risk, fraud & abuse prevention

To protect platforms and partners, FezuInteractive Inc may integrate with risk and fraud prevention tools. These integrations are designed to reduce abuse while respecting privacy and data minimization principles.

Risk signal collection

Risk integrations may involve collecting signals related to unusual purchase patterns, suspicious device behavior, or other indicators of fraud. These signals help identify abusive activity without turning the platform into a financial service.

Limited data sharing

Only the data necessary for a given risk tool to function is shared. Data exchanges are documented, and third-party providers are expected to maintain appropriate security and compliance standards.

Infrastructure & hosting providers

FezuInteractive uses established infrastructure and hosting providers to operate its platforms. These providers supply core services such as compute, storage, networking, and monitoring.

Hosting & compute

Application servers and supporting services run on cloud infrastructure from reputable providers with strong security and compliance track records.

Storage & databases

Databases and storage services are configured with appropriate access controls, retention policies, and, where supported, encryption at rest. Only necessary personnel have access to production data.

Monitoring & logging

Third-party tools may be used for metrics, logging, and alerting. These tools help us maintain visibility into platform health and support incident response and troubleshooting.

Internal vs. external responsibilities

While we rely on integrations for specific functions, FezuInteractive Inc keeps core responsibilities—including virtual currency logic, access control, and compliance boundaries—under internal control.

Responsibilities retained by FezuInteractive Inc

FezuInteractive Inc remains responsible for:

  • Defining the virtual currency model
  • Ensuring coins are non-redeemable and entertainment-only
  • Implementing user messaging and disclosures
  • Managing platform access and roles
  • Monitoring internal systems and logs

Responsibilities delegated to partners

External providers are used where their expertise and infrastructure are most appropriate, such as:

  • Processing card and alternative payments
  • Detecting payment fraud or abuse
  • Hosting compute, storage, and networking resources
  • Providing monitoring and alerting tools

These relationships are governed by contracts and technical integrations designed to respect security and privacy expectations.

Transparency for banks & processors

We understand that banks, card networks, and payment processors need clear visibility into how integrations are used. We are committed to providing that information in a structured, understandable way.

Documentation packages

For partners performing due diligence, we can provide written explanations of our integration model, data flows, and responsibilities, as well as architecture diagrams under confidentiality.

Ongoing collaboration

As requirements evolve, we work with partners to review and, if necessary, adjust our integration practices. Feedback from banks and processors is taken seriously and can shape our future roadmap.
