1. About FezuInteractive

FezuInteractive Inc is a Wyoming C-Corporation that operates and supports entertainment-only virtual goods platforms. The Site is intended to provide information about our company, technology, and business model to partners, banks, payment providers, vendors, and other interested parties.

The Site is not a player-facing platform and does not itself provide access to any gameplay, virtual currency purchases, or entertainment services. Any separate platforms or products are subject to their own terms and conditions.

In all cases, FezuInteractive’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if a higher limit is required.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FezuInteractive and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including access to the Site, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time as described above.

Your continued use of the Site following any changes to the Site or these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
